OSLV Italia S.r.l. actively present in the window wiper and automation industry for over forty years, represent reliable partner globally. Over the years, the market evolution drove the company to specialise itself in designing and making window wiper systems for vehicles, production of motors, gear motors, electric actuators in direct current. Its headquarters located in Roseto degli Abruzzi is spread over a vast area of 32,000m2 of which its personnel occupy a structure of about 7000m2. Its specialised skills, high professionalism and constant technological updating has brought the company to be always able to respond victoriously to the specific requests from the market in relation to efficiency, quality, cost, reliability and service.

OSLV Italia, registered under EMAS IT-000587, believes that the adoption of a systematic approach as per the regulations UNI EN ISO 9001, IATF 16949, UNI EN ISO 45001, UNI EN ISO 14001, UNI EN ISO 14001, UNI EN ISO 27001 is the best alternative to guarantee efficient management and proactive measures regarding Quality, Environment, Health and Safety, data safety management. For these purposes, the integrated management system includes all areas of the company related to the activities of “designing, making motors and gear motors, window wiper systems and linear actuators”.

establishing objectives and targets for quality, data safety, environment, health and safety along with company management and development programs;
Managing processes oriented towards “zero defect” and total quality;
Designing products with a vision of their lifespan and able to satisfy the specific market need;
Establishing information systems able to increase output, reliability of data and process management;
Constantly monitoring through appropriate company financial economic performance indexes;
Establishing and maintaining efficient product quality systems for the analysis of internal data inefficiency;
Constantly pursuing updates relating to productive systems, the logical use of resources as well as technological innovations regarding sustainable investment strategies;
Ensuring ongoing operation of services, minimizing data risks against threats and vulnerability, acting promptly to any emergency of all types;

Guaranteeing optimal use of natural and energy resources, upgrading processes and technology, careful planning of production methods and monitoring the efficiency of machinery;

Guaranteeing the correct management of waste produced through appropriate control procedures using reduction and separation methods.

The aims outlined above, in a dynamic prospective of the system, are constantly evolving. Department Managers are in charge of the application and of the measures outlined above. They are in charge of coordinating the resources within and out of their departments including, where possible, any external collaborations performing in the company. OSLV Italia Srl commits itself in guaranteeing that this document is available to the public, that the Policies herein and the related Management System are comprehended, put into act and upheld at all levels of the organization and that the System is periodically and constantly examined as well as verifying information, courses, awareness and training.
